Coach Patricias Legacy Bag

Once again, I'm in Unique and I do my normal rounds, when I get to the purses I spot this classic hunter green Coach Patricias Legacy bag.  Priced at $29.99, I ain't beat, so I put it back.  Fast forward two weeks later, they had a 50% off sale and to my surprise, the purse was still there, yay!

There was just one thing I didn't notice until I got home; the purse smelled like cigarettes. So, of course, I google "how to remove cigarette smoke from leather".  Use baking soda or newspaper. I used both. The newspaper absorbs the odor, so I put it in each section, even under the flap. Took a garbage bag and placed the baking soda and the purse inside.  After two weeks, the odor lessened and I used a new garbage bag. After a month, the smell was very faint.

Can't wait to rock it in the fall!

CLASSIC COACH "WILLIS" BAG

I get a lot of inspiration from Blair of Atlantic-Pacific and let me tell you why. She is so versatile. She can throw on a pair of jeans, a boucle jacket, leopard heels and be totally casual.

Or step it up, mixing bold colors with horizontal striped pants, or a mint green dress with a Chanel-esque blazer. Notice with every look, she's carrying a British Tan classic Coach "Willis" bag , which I've been looking for at Unique for a while.

Coach has been sought after for their quality and unique craftsmanship. So it's no wonder why the demand for this Coach "Willis" bag was so high that they had to reissue this style. It retails for $298.

Guess what? Ya girl just scored this classic Coach "Willis" bag at Unique for only $19.99! With a little cleaning, it'll look brandy new.

Where should I start? I know, with the bag of the century (well, for me). This Coach bag was sitting on the shelf waiting for me. She was waiting for me even before the greeter at the door gave me a 50% off total purchase coupon. She got a little jealous when I looked at a teal blue tote. So, I picked her up, but I put her back on the shelf like a little Barbie doll. I walked around a packed store and then, all of a sudden, she whispered, "Mami, Mami" (that's what I call myself). She knew just what to say.

 

 

Next up, Mr. Micheal Kors. Just a little clutch with a pop of color.  This color is for all seasons. Bright enough for Spring/Summer and bold enough for Fall/Winter. Imagine wearing "all black everything" and carrying this clutch. Hotness!!

 

 

 

 

 

Last, but certainly not least, is this magenta crossbody Coach bag, that I picked up for my daughter.

We were trying to decide on which color. They had bone, black, navy blue, and orange.  Bone was too plain and if someone gets pen mark on it, you'd be like, "Oh no they didn't." Black was too common. Navy blue was too formal. Orange was too bold. But this color, said, "Boom, guess who stepped in the room".

 

 

Can't wait to rock all of them...

The Bag Edition



So, I'm in my favorite thrift store, Unique, and I'm on a mission. I go to my usual sections, browse at the shoes, look at the housewares and then the clothes.

Ok, so, I had just came out of the dressing room after trying on a leather pencil skirt (didn't fit btw) and I saw this blood red Coach clutch. I had to reach over two shopping carts to snatch it up. The price was $35.99 and I didn't bat an eyelash, this puppy was coming home with me.

Now, I always wanted a Fendi bag, but didn't want the one with the double "F" monogram. I wanted a low key look. And I spotted this one for $19.99. I was like, "this, right here, is my, swag"! Shout out to Soldier Boy.

Last, but not least, my Louie. It was only $14.99. I already  have one, so I got this one for my daughter. Something little to throw your change purse and keys in.

 

I'm going to take the Coach to the Coach store to verify if it is real. They can check the serial number to see if it's authentic. The Fendi, I'll say it's "vintage" and the Louie, it looks good to me! TTFN, ta ta for now....
